AFLY has developed its own range of standard tools, manufactured in France in its Lyon workshops. Labelled French Tech, the AFCUT range certifies to customers high-end tools, designed and thought to meet our expert requirements.
With 40 years of experience, AFLY accompanies you in the design and manufacture of your cutting tools. The integrated design office and a quality department, allows AFLY to accompany you from the design of your tool to find the most efficient solutions according to your needs. From the realization of the tool plans to the 3D simulation of the prototypes, our expertise in the realization of special tools guarantees you results that perfectly meet your expectations.
As for sharpening, AFLY follows a rigorous process with standardized controls during and at the end of production, for the creation of your cutting tools such as milling cutters, drills, reamers or form tools. Lead times are 10 days from tool design to inspection. Customers may request a coating, in which case an additional 72 hours will be required.
